3 New MYPs
There are 3 new members of youth parliament!
Three new members of youth parliament were appointed on the 1st of October during an evening at the information shop. Existing members of the youth parliament joined them in a number of activities to assess their capability for public speaking, engaging in debates as well as their enthusiasm and inspirational skills.
After the unanimous decision that they coped with the evening superbly, they will begin post immediately.
Usman Sehgal is the new MYP for Bradford West, while Thomas Illingworth and Katie Rawnsley will be MYPs in Bradford South.
There are still 2 MYP vacancies, one in Shipley and one in Bradford North, keep an eye out for information on future co-opting events or get in touch if you are interested.
